Reduced Rate Appointment Ride

Mileage beyond 10 miles: $2 per mile

Standard Appointment Ride
$45 per appointment block
Up to 15-mile radius
Up to 4 hours included
Round-trip transportation
Additional:
Mileage beyond 15 miles: $2 per mile
Additional stop: $15
Concierge Appointment Ride
$65 per appointment block
Up to 15-mile radius
Up to 4 hours included
Round-trip transportation
Includes ONE of the following:
Pharmacy stop
Light grocery stop (up to 20 items)
Additional:
Mileage beyond 15 miles: $2 per mile
Additional time beyond 4.5 hours: $15 per hour

Additional Ride Services
Some treatment days require a little extra support. CCS offers optional add-on services designed to make the day easier for patients and families.

Many cancer treatments require ongoing weekly or biweekly appointments. CCS offers recurring ride scheduling for clients who need consistent transportation throughout treatment.
Recurring scheduling helps reduce stress and ensures transportation is reserved in advance for important appointments.

To ensure the best experience for all clients:
A credit card is required to be kept on file
24-hour notice is required for cancellations
Same-day bookings are subject to availability
Services are provided for ambulatory, medically stable patients only
Weather and safety conditions may affect scheduling
Additional Services & Fees
Same-day booking (if available): $20
Late cancellation fee (within 24 hours): $25
Extra stops: $15 each
Extended time: $15 per hour
